I live in Utah with my wonderfully complicated family and spend a lot of my time helping people, caring for loved ones, and trying to keep up with whatever adventure life throws at me next.

I love good conversations, big questions, acts of kindness, and finding practical solutions to messy problems. I'm endlessly curious, a little quirky, and the type of person who will happily spend an hour researching something so you don't have to.

When I'm not helping people navigate insurance, I'm usually working on a writing project. I'm currently writing a children's book inspired by love, loss, and the people who stay with us in our hearts long after they're gone.

Fun fact: many of the photos on this website use AI. Not because I'm trying to fool anyone — I simply have a long-standing disagreement with cameras and would rather spend my energy helping people than posing for pictures.

Whether we're talking insurance, life transitions, caregiving, books, ducks, or where all the missing socks disappear to — my goal is always the same: leave people feeling a little more informed, a little less overwhelmed, and a lot more supported.
