Common Questions

Quick answers

What's the difference between a deductible and a copay?

A deductible is the amount you pay out-of-pocket before your insurance kicks in. A copay is a fixed amount you pay for a specific service (like a doctor visit) — usually after your deductible is met.

When can I enroll in a health plan?

Most people can enroll during Open Enrollment (typically November–January). Outside of that, a qualifying life event — like losing a job, getting married, or having a baby — triggers a Special Enrollment Period.

Do I have to pay for your services?

No. As an independent broker, I'm compensated by the insurance carriers — not by you. My advice and guidance are completely free to you.

What if I already have a plan — can you still help?

Absolutely. I offer annual plan reviews to make sure you're still in the best plan for your situation. Needs change, and so do plans.

Not sure which plan is right for you?

That's exactly what I'm here for. Book a free, no-pressure call and we'll figure it out together.
